The Frolicsome Spirit.

A small city, somewhere in the world, was managed by a city council of 7 or 8 members.

For Bill's fellow councilors, this reputedly self centered practice was really disruptive. At first , since Bill was understood to be an highly busy pro, they were prepared to think he had been unavoidably delayed. But when history repeated itself meeting after meeting, they started to wonder.

To the mayor's surprise, Bill accepted the rebuke with good grace.

The day of the subsequent council gathering came around, and sure enough, Bill was among first to arrive.

"Surely, you were locked out of your place. "added a 2nd, in a rather derisive tone.

Right till the end of his term of office, Bill wasn't on time for a council meeting again. It has been called the "id" by Freud, and hedonism by die-hards. Truthfully , the animal self is the part of us that reacts naturally. Still for the sake of reference I may describe this very free, inherently joyous side of being as "animal. The irony is that for many animals this creates productiveness, grace and unselfishness. By having a look at their actions from a religious instead of biological perspective we have got a tool to unhitch ourselves from our hang-ups. Otters continue this into old age, making him a fun bushy dude to be around. It is one of the deadliest enemies of communication itself. Here are 2 short sound bytes from 2 different colleges. I can't do it unless there's comprehensive quiet.

Get plenty more stuff all about soil
