GM Food is the answer to Food shortages

The BBC today seem to be promoting GM food as a solution to world food shortages. The reporting does not reflect the very greedy plot of the agribusiness’s to control world food suppies.
Take for example the 17 year project to map the rice genome funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. It is a scheme to control the staple food for 2.4 billion people, and in the process, destroy the biological diversity of over 140,000 developed varieties that can withstand droughts and pests and can grow in every imaginable climate.
The problem is that it is the poorest countries who oftern have the easiest politicians to bribe notably Argentina, Philipines, India and most recently kenya.
